Here are the answers to a few frequently asked questions. I aim to bring you a professional & relaxing treatment in the comfort of your home.

What do i need to provide?
We bring all the equipment needed for your treatment but in addition you may need:
A chair for you to sit on and a nearby plug socket for nail services
If having nail services - we bring the manicure table, if having a massage or lashes etc we bring the beauty couch. We do not work on your furniture so all we ask is that there is plenty of room to set up the equipment and for some treatments that there is a plug socket nearby. We bring a salon treatment to your home and want you to feel pampered and relaxed!

How much space is needed?
Depending on which treatment/s you are having will depend on how much space is needed but generally we need room for a beauty couch or manicure table. If you do not have space for these please contact us to discuss as in some cases there may be an alternative.

Are any aftercare products available to purchase?
Yes. Some treatments we carry stock of the aftercare products such as the LVL conditioning serum, Cuticle oils & creams & Tanning products. Other items are available to order such as the nail polishes (with over 150 colours to choose from!)

I have pets is that ok?
Thats fine, all we ask is that they are kept in another room whilst your treatment is carried out. This is for safety (dogs jumping up while sharp tweezers are near your eye = potential disaster!) and also for your own relaxation.

What payment methods are accepted?
Cash & bank transfer payments are accepted. Payment must be made at your appointment.

Cancellations?
We do ask that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given for cancellations. For multiple treatment bookings a booking fee may be required. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is a minimum spend of £15 and we cover a radius of 15 miles surrounding dersingham. Anything over that distance is by agreement and charged at an extra 50p per mile. If there is a treatment you would like under £15 then please get in touch as if we are already in your area it may be possible for an appointment.
